Endurox Excel claims to be the best workout enhancer on the market, building endurance, increasing fat metabolism, and helping to build a healthy immune system among other things. They use only 2 ingredients that apparently are supposed to do all this and more. But they are definitely not the first company to make these kinds of claims.

Effectiveness: Endurox Excel has only two ingredients: Siberian ginseng and vitamin E. Siberian ginseng has been studied. But the studies failed to back their claims about it being any kind of weight loss supplement. Vitamin E has never even been speculated to do that job. Users have not actually reported seeing an improvement in their weight loss or workouts. But then again, that is really no surprise all things considered.

Safety: Side effects of Siberian ginseng are much like those of caffeine. They include headaches, nausea, diarrhea, jitteriness, insomnia, some you might expect and some you might not. Either way, especially with the high amounts they use, side effects are virtually unavoidable.
