DietRX

DietRX

Considering everybody loves medical backing, DietRX not only implies this in their name, they claim that their product was created by Dr Ray Sahelian MD. The biggest push is that they provide amazing amounts of weight loss with a stimulant free formula. Their final push is that their product is an over the counter natural product that does not require a prescription. Isn't that a little redundant?

Effectiveness: DietRX contains quite a few fruits, vegetables, detoxifiers, supposed appetite suppressants, etc. In short, it uses a little bit of everything. But they don't provide the actual quantities, and frankly, most of their ingredients aren't actually associated with weight loss, and the ones that are require a significant concentration or aren't proven to affect weight at all. Plus, they use green tea as their first listed ingredient, which is actually a stimulant and will actually cause stimulant related side effects.

Ingredients: DietRX's "revolutionary" ingredients include:

  • Green tea
  • Spirulina
  • Ginger root
  • Hoodia extract
  • Cinnamon root
  • Garcinia cambogia
  • Apple cider vinegar

Safety: Common side effects of the ingredients in DietRX include insomnia, irregular heart beat, diarrhea, dizziness, vomiting, headache, loss of appetite, and liver damage with extended use. They spread themselves quite thin, but there is the definite possibility that they use just enough of each ingredient to cause the afore named side effects.
