Core4 Accelerate is one piece of the Core4 Kit, claiming to boost metabolism and promote fat burning while also suppressing appetite. It claims to have the thermogenic effect necessary for amazing results. But of course, it works best when combined with the other 3 components of the Core4 brand line.

Effectiveness: While Core4 Accelerate gets off to a better start than many of the other products in that line by using a couple of ingredients that would actually promote the results they talk about, many of the ingredients they use have no application, and all of them are smashed into a tiny proprietary blend, making results virtually impossible.

Ingredients: Core4 Accelerate ingredients include vitamin B12, calcium, chromium, green tea, guarana, oolong tea, kola nut extract, and cayenne pepper.
