Celerite recognizes itself as the formula that will increase metabolism, provide more energy, and cause weight loss without the rebound and without stimulants or side effects. Yet they directly contradict themselves by pointing out the fact that they use green tea and oolong tea among others. They also provide warnings such as "if you have a high blood pressure or cardiovascular disease or apoplexy", you should not take this product. They have some valuable, yet extremely common ingredients. But they don't actually provide the amounts you would ideally need. This could be why they seem to have gone out of business, being listed as "unavailable" on all third party seller websites.
